Return Policy — Daya Cosmetics (Gel Nail Polish)

  • This return policy applies to purchases of gel nail polish and gel nail polish sets bought directly from Daya Cosmetics (online or in official stores).

  • For purchases made through third-party retailers, returns and exchanges are subject to the retailer’s policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Faulty items: If your gel nail polish is defective, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, you may return it for a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

  • Change of mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Items must not be used, dispensed, or applied.

  • Opened or used items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used gel polish cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Timeframes

  • Faulty items: Report faults within 30 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and advise on return or replacement.

  • Change of mind: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be received by our returns team within 14 days of your request.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number, name, date of purchase, and reason for return. Include photos of any damaged or faulty items.

  2. Our team will provide a returns authorisation and instructions.

  3. Do not send items back without an authorisation number; unauthorised returns may be refused.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with seals intact for change-of-mind returns.

  • For faulty returns, please include all original packaging and evidence of the fault. We may request additional photos.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Replacements: If available, replacements will be dispatched once the returned item is received or approved. If an identical product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

  • Partial refunds: If returned items are not in original condition (e.g. missing packaging or used), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover return postage costs and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

  • Change of mind: Customers are responsible for return postage unless stated otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service; Daya Cosmetics is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for different colours or sets are treated as returns followed by a separate purchase. If you wish to exchange, follow the return process and place a new order.

Custom, Sale and Promotional Items

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or sold as part of a promotional bundle may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any exceptions will be clearly stated at the point of sale.

International Returns

  • International customers: Returns are subject to the same eligibility rules. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping and any customs clearance costs, unless the item is faulty. Customs duties and taxes incurred on the original purchase are non-refundable.
